Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed and weekend orders are processed Monday moringings.   If there is a special need for an order to be expedited please choose either the expedited shipping option or the next day shipping option during checkout.  If there is a special request that you'd like us to be aware of please email us at contact@customshaving.com and we'll be sure to get back to you immediately.

  • FREE shipping on all orders over $75 dollars!
  • Standard Delivery: $4.95
  • Expedited (2 - 3 days): $12.95
  • Next Day: $39.95 - orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST to guarantee next day arrival
We ship to the United States, Canda and U.S. territories/islands.

Return Policy

While we strive hard to help you choose the best products to fit your personal shaving needs we realize that occasionally you may not always be completely satisfied.  You can return your products to us at any time with no questions asked!  All you have to do is send all orders to the address listed below in it's original packaging and you'll receive a refund, replacement of the product or store credit - it's up to you.  We do not accept soaps, creams, colognes or lotions which do not have a secure tamper-proof package seal or those items whose seal has been removed due to the possibility of contamination.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be limited to the purchase price of the item which does not include shipping and will be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.  Money will be returned in the same manner the product was purchased.

This website is hosted through a secure server to protect the personal information you provide during checkout.  When you make a purchase, you will notice the URL change to HTTPS, which is encrypted through the secure socket layer.  We collect your personal information so that we may send your order to you in a timely manner and we promise to treat your information as if it's our own.


Product Policy

The Custom Shaving team carefully goes through all of our products prior to being sent out to ensure you are receiving undamaged products that work properly.  Custom Shave L.L.C. is not liable for the misuse of any products purchase on our site.  Customers should inspect all products before use to ensure they are not damaged.  Custom Shave L.L.C. is not liable for the use of damaged products.  In the event that any product is damaged we ask that you contact us immediately prior to using it at contact@customshaving.com.  By purchasing our products and going through the checkout process you are agreeing to the terms listed above.
